Co-Owner
Roger Jenkins
In 1968, James Jenkins Sr. moved from Gary, Indiana to Brandon, Florida where he created Jenkins Roofing Company. Current owner and son, Roger Jenkins, began learning the roofing trade from James when he was just 11 years old. By the age of 16, Roger was atop of buildings tearing off old roofs and installing new systems (under supervision, of course!). Roger started Cardinal Roofing and Solar Technologies in 1995 and taught his trade to both of his daughters, Cassandra and Bridget, while they worked their way through college. He is an active member of his community and in the roofing industry.
Co-Owner and Director of Marketing
Bridget Jenkins Wilson
Bridget continued on in the business and attended contractor school while finishing her senior year at the University of South Florida. She is a graduate of USF and a state certified roofing contractor. Bridget is now president of Cardinal Roofing, she is as comfortable on a roof as she is in the office! Bridget is incredibly active in her community and the driving force behind many of the philanthropic events Cardinal Roofing is involved with. She chairs and runs the Cardinal Roofing Sporting Clays event each year which benefits Honor Flight of West Central Florida.

Chad Curchin
Chad Curchin met the Jenkins family while attending USF and started as an insulation sales rep years ago. He rose through the ranks and is now an equal partner with both Roger and Bridget. The Jenkins roofing family is proud to have Chad as a partner and the growth of our company is proof of Chad’s positive leadership. Chad lives locally with his wife and children and is also an active member of his community an in the roofing industry.
Office Manager
Lorinda Castillo
Lorinda Castillo has been with Cardinal for over 5 years. She is integral in the day to day operations of the office and sales team. Lorinda has a beautiful son, Landon.
Customer Service Specialist
Rachael Andrews
Rachael has been ingrained in our community for over 20 years. She and her husband Joe live in the FishHawk community where they are raising their 3 daughters, and multiple pets. Rachel is a member of National Women in Roofing Tampa Council and is a wonderful addition to our office team.
